Please return this form along with a note from your child’s pediatrician stating that they are in good health and can attend school. This note must be submitted before August 1, 2024 and can be scanned and emailed to our Education Coordinator - eschwabe@woodlandschildrensmuseum.org or a copy brought to the front desk at the museum.

Two Day Program
Aug 20, 2024 – May 16, 2025
Meets Tuesday and Thursday
9am-2pm
$3,000.00 per participant. $300 a month.

Three Day Program
Aug 21, 2024 – May 16, 2025
Meets Monday, Wednesday and Friday
9am-2pm
$4,300.00 per participant. $430 a month.

Tuition and Fees 2024-25

M/W/F class Registration and Supply fee- $200.
T/Th class Registration and Supply fee- $170.

Monthly Tuition Payment: 10 equal payments (non-refundable pre-paid tuition) August – April.

• A non-refundable registration and supply fee is due upon enrollment.
• Pre-Paid tuition (non-refundable after May 2024): 1 months tuition will be due in May 2024 (or upon registration if occurs after May) and will be counted towards tuition of May 2025.
• Tuition is calculated on annual amount divided into 10 equal payments. The initial tuition payment is due in May 2024 and is applied for the May 2025 payment for your child’s last month. Subsequent payments are due the first week of each month August-April.
• A 5% discount will be given to those who choose to pay for the entire year tuition in one payment at time of registration.

Refund Policy: Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to withdraw your child from the program. The registration and supply fee and the prepaid tuition are nonrefundable. If payment is made in full, all tuition will be refunded except for the non refundable registration fee and the nonrefundable pre-paid tuition. Refunds will be processed by check.
